Come and enjoy the beautiful market town of Farnham, with its narrow streets lined with some of the finest Georgian architecture in the South of England. It’s a great place to visit and is rich with a host of attractions. Amelie’s Kitchen

Helen Ward is a former graphic designer who worked for 16 years in the industry before a career flip when she launched Amelie’s Kitchen in 2011. Since the launch Helen has worked on creating a look and style that’s distinctly hers. From her home-based studio she designs and handcrafts each cake individually, ensuring every last detail is exquisitely executed. In January 2015, following her East of England regional win, Helen won the National award for Best Wedding Cake Designer at The Wedding Industry Awards. As well as supplying cakes to some of the Eastern region’s top venues, she also teaches cake decoration from her studio in Suffolk.

Bellissimo Cakes

Bellissimo Cakes is run by cake designer Helen Mansey. Much of Helen’s work is inspired by the clean lines and crisp sugarpasted edges of Australian cake design. These are now part of her signature style, along with hand-piping. In addition to making wedding cakes, Helen is also a guest tutor at Squires Kitchen International School in Farnham, Surrey. Her first book, Bellissimo Wedding Cakes, was published in 2015 and she was one of the contributing authors to the Gourmand Best UK Cookbook for Professionals 2014, The Art of Sugarcraft. Helen is also the creator of SK Bellissimo Flexi Smoothers.

Bluebirds Bakehouse

Bluebirds Bakehouse was founded in 2013 by Katherine, an artist/art teacher turned professional cake decorator, based out of her home kitchen in South East Kent. Katherine is excited to share her passion for design and love of cake decorating with her customers to create a truly bespoke cake. She continually strives to improve her skills and discover unique ways to make her designs come to life. She is passionate about colour, texture and combining other artistic techniques such as painting into her cake decorating.


ClearlyCake is run by Helenna Mannila in Wokingham, Berkshire. The focus is on classic and romantic designs for wedding and celebration cakes. After an inspirational piping course with Peggy Porschen at Squires Kitchen in Farnham, Helenna enrolled on a Cake Decorating and Sugar Flower course at Brooklands College, Surrey. One year became two, and within a month of finishing the second year, she started her own business, ClearlyCake, in May 2012. Whilst wedding cakes are the main focus of the business, she also teaches sugar flowers at The Cake Decorating Shop in Binfield, Berkshire.

Emily Hankins Cakes

Emily Hankins is an artisan wedding cake designer specialising in creating beautifully bespoke, hand-painted wedding cakes in her own signature painterly style throughout Cornwall, Devon and the South West. Her edible works of art are individually designed for each client and are freshly baked to order in her lovely studio kitchen in the heart of Truro. Each design is painted by hand using melted cocoa butter paint and an eye for detail. Emily's handcrafted and completely edible teacups and saucers have become widely recognised and make show-stopping wedding centrepieces. Emily enjoys having her work included in Wedding Cakes magazine and is a regular contributor to Cakes & Sugarcraft magazine. She is looking forward to teaching classes at Squires Kitchen International School throughout this year.

Iced Innovations, run by cake designer, Erica Galvin, is a wedding cake company based in Weybridge, Surrey. Erica trained in sugarcraft at Brooklands College in Weybridge, where she now also lectures. She works closely with each customer, sharing ideas and using her professional and artistic experience of over 20 years to make your dream wedding cake a reality. Whether you choose a traditional, royal-iced cake or a contemporary chocolate sensation, she will provide a dedicated, customer-focused service to provide the centrepiece for your special day. Natalie Porter, founder and owner of Immaculate Confections, began her cake decorating journey with a wedding cake, her own wedding cake! When she realised that they wanted something personal and different, Natalie took on the challenge of making their wedding cake herself. It was unique, personal and special, forming the perfect centrepiece for their day, and that’s what she wants to create for you. With a passion for design, colour and attention to detail, she regards cake as an art form. Her eye-catching designs are regularly featured in industry-leading magazines and blogs and she has won four Gold awards for her designs at Cake International.


JellyCake is a home-based business set on the edge of the Wiltshire Downs, owned and run by Trudy Mitchell. Trudy has been creating cakes for over 20 years, turning a hobby into a full time business eight years ago, specialising in creating bespoke wedding cakes made using the finest ingredients ensuring they taste as amazing as they look. Working closely with each client allows Trudy to create a cake that is individually designed to complement the style and theme of each wedding. Lou’s Amazing Cakes

Lou makes amazing cakes for customers, providing a personal service, and has been in the business for 25 years. She loves the challenge of creating bespoke designs in cake and her extensive skills list includes creating large and unusual cakes, airbrushing, painting, and creating realistic sugar flowers, to name a few. As a BSG-accredited demonstrator she regularly demonstrates for them, and other organisations, and enjoys passing on her experience and knowledge as head teacher at The Cake Makery. In 2014 she won Gold and First Place in the Painted Wedding Cake competition at Squires Kitchen Exhibition.


The designers at Peboryon love to capture their clients' unique story in custom designs that are perfect for their celebration. Their award-winning studio delivers wedding cakes and cake sculptures to top venues in London, the South West, and beyond. Focusing on fresh flavours, great Cornish ingredients are gathered from local dairies, farms, flour mills (and even hedgerows in season), and artfully baked and decorated. Their small team of four, headed by pastry chef Christine Jensen, offers both a full custom design service (for cakes over £600), or a tailored choice from Peboryon's distinctive cake collections and dessert tables.

The Pretty Cake Company

Samantha Tempest launched The Pretty Cake Company from her home cake studio in West Oxfordshire in 2008. Starting off as a celebration cake business, doing a bit of everything, it soon developed into a high-end bespoke cake business with wedding cakes at its core. Samantha works closely with many high calibre venues and wedding suppliers in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds and is delighted to have her work featured in many bridal and wedding cake magazines. She loves working with couples to produce their dream wedding cake, making sure that it fits perfectly with their theme and the expectations of the day.

Based in Cheshire, Roses by Moonlight make deliciously elegant wedding cakes. Beautiful, exclusive and handcrafted with a meticulous attention to detail, designer and baker Kirsten takes a highly personal, friendly and consultative approach. Using the finest of ingredients and with tempting flavours like sumptuous chocolate with mouth-watering salted caramel, and luscious lemon with fluffy lemon crème, they're elegantly delicious too!

Scrum Diddly

Scrum Diddly is run by award-winning cake designer Michelle Walker. From her little workshop in the seaside village of Mumbles, near Swansea, Michelle creates beautiful and unique cakes for her clients, each one a work of art. Michelle's passion for cake decorating started in 2002 when she made her own wedding cake. Now completely devoted and totally consumed by her love for cake decorating, Michelle uses this enthusiasm to make cakes that will wow. Her botanical background is evident in the beautiful flowers that adorn her cakes and her love for cutting-edge wedding fashions means that she is always on top of the latest trends.

Sharon Lord Cakes

Sharon Lord Cakes is based in Westerham, Kent. Established in 2006, Sharon works closely with couples to create a memorable centrepiece for their special day, taking inspiration from details of the brides dress, invitation and colour scheme. Sharon enjoys making beautiful sugar flowers for traditional or contemporary cakes, but also relishes the challenge of creating a novelty wedding cake.

Sherry Hostler Cake Artistry

Sherry Hostler is a skilled wedding cake designer who can lay claim to numerous highly regarded design awards. Her company, Sherry Hostler Cake Artistry, is based in Tring, Hertfordshire, and is becoming recognised as an up-and-coming leader in cake culture. Any occasion that requires a bespoke cake is catered for, including weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. They only take on a limited number of commissions each month to ensure exclusivity, and they are proud of their high level of service and excellent customer care. Sherry is the preferred supplier to many prestigious venues across the country, and is also a project designer for several magazines. Not only does Sherry make cakes, but she also teaches sugarcraft masterclasses at her Hertfordshire studio.

Simply Alpa

Alpa’s intricately designed wedding cakes have wowed her bridal clients and their guests since Simple Alpa was established in 2010. Since completing an Extended Techniques Course at Squires Kitchen International School she has progressively developed her mastery of sugarcraft and hand-painted cakes and has recently become a contributor to Cakes & Sugarcraft magazine. In 2014 she won gold at Cake International with her tropical hummingbird design. Alpa realises a bride’s vision by collaborating closely with her clients. With her creative flair and attention to detail, Alpa is able to create something unique and truly beautiful.

Liz Chatfield founded Sylvia’s Kitchen in 2012, based in the village of Hellingly, East Sussex. Liz grew up watching her Mum, Sylvia, create wedding cakes so has a lifelong love of cake creating. She creates unique wedding cakes with attention to quality and detail, providing a friendly, professional approach and giving clients confidence in Liz’s service from consultation to delivery. Wedding Cakes by Design

Wedding Cakes by design is based in Downpatrick, in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. It was established by Dawn McCabe in 2013 after having worked as a pastry chef for 25 years. Specialising in wedding cakes dressed with handmade sugar flowers, Dawn works with the bridal couple to create a wedding cake that is uniquely theirs, taking inspiration from the bride's dress, invitation detail, bridal party colours and flowers. Dawn holds many medals and trophies for her cakes from Societe Culinaire Philanthropique, New York. She was also honoured to win the Northern Ireland Wedding Awards 2016 Cake Designer of the Year. Her work is regularly featured in Wedding Cakes magazine.

The Whimsical Cakery is based in the village of Earls Barton, Northamptonshire, and is owned by Leanne Kelly.
