Makiko Searle is an accomplished pastry chef, wedding cake designer and author of new book Pretty Patisserie. Join Makiko on this special three-hour class to learn how to recreate her signature temari ball cakes with a contemporary twist. You’ll discover how to work with spherical cakes and master essential piping skills to help you create an intricate cage from royal icing. Students should have some experience of piping with royal icing prior to attending this class.
